Our mission is simple... Clinical Staff
Dr. Ashley Bertorelli, PT, DPT
Owner/Founder of The Green Room
Dr. Ashley graduated from Utica College in 2008 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy after earning her Bachelor's in Health Sciences and earning Valedictorian of the Class of 2006. Dr. Ashley has experience in a variety of settings including acute care, rehab, and outpatient. Dr. Ashley opened the Green Room PT in 2017 after growing frustrated with the lack of one-on-one care options for patients and therapists in the Capital Region. Dr. Ashley has received additional training in Mulligan mobilization technique, Myofascial referral technique, Spinal manipulation therapy, Total Motion Release, laser and light therapy, and Pelvic Floor Rehab, among others. In her free time, Dr. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two active boys, snowboarding, running and working out, and playing drums.
Dr. Lisa Bodratti, PT, DPT
Dr. Lisa Bodratti earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland in 2014 followed by her Doctorate from The Sage Colleges in 2017. Lisa has worked extensively in the outpatient orthopedic realm, spending two years of her career as Clinical Director of a growing clinic. Through her time as a physical therapist, Lisa has taken numerous courses including McKenzie Method, Mulligan Mobilizations, Pelvic Health Rehabilitation, and is working toward a certification to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Lisa has a strong interest in treating athletes, especially runners, of all levels and ages. In her spare time she enjoys helping to coach track & field athletes at a local high school (Go Riders!), and spending time outside with her husband and two dogs.
Dr. Elizabeth Braley, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Elizabeth Braley earned her Bachelor's and Doctorate Degrees from Ithaca College. She is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and her passion for wellness and fitness led her to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Smart Cuffs Blood Flow Restriction training. She has additional training in vestibular rehabilitation and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She enjoys sports medicine and has expertise with sports related concussion care. Outside of the clinic she enjoys playing with her son and daughter, hiking, skiing, chocolate, and spending time with her family.
Caroline Hodges, PTA
Caroline is from Lancaster, Virginia where graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Minor
in Health and Wellness with a concentration in Individuals with Disabilities before earning her PTA. Prior to joining our team, she worked for four years in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital as a therapy tech with specialized training in neurological rehabilitation. Caroline has taken several continuing education training courses on Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and is currently studying to earn the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification in order to serve patients of all ages and genders with pelvic floor dysfunction. Caroline recently moved to from Virginia to New York with her husband, Jordan, as he pursues his MD at AMC. In her free time, she loves to read, cook, do yoga, and spend time with her husband and their two dogs.
Dr. Gargi Tyagi, PT, DPT
Dr. Gargi Tyagi has been a Physical Therapist since 2008. She earned her Bachelors of Physical Therapy from India and is in the process of earning her tDPT from Arcadia University PA by the end of this month. She was trained in Mulligan Manual Mobilization Therapy in 2010. She has extensive experience in the outpatient and acute care settings, and has experience in Neurological rehab as well. She enjoys working with all patients, including the geriatric and pediatric population. In addition to her clinical experience, Gargi worked directly with the Soccer team in India for 2 years. She is looking forward to learning more about Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation as a member of our team. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, and also loves to go for a stroll and watch movies.
Dr. Allison Schroeder, PT, DPT
Dr. Allison Schroeder graduated from Northeastern University in 2017 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy after earning her Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Science from Northeastern. Allie has worked in both outpatient and home care settings treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She has taken numerous continuing education courses on orthopedic conditions and treatments, manual techniques, functional movement training, vestibular training, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, and trigger point dry needling. In her time outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, visiting family, traveling, skiing, spending time outside and rooting for Boston sports teams! (Go Red Sox!)
Dr. Patrick Schroeder, PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Patrick Schroeder earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2017. Since then Patrick has worked extensively in the outpatient realm with a focus on orthopedic and sport rehabilitation. He loves working with people of all backgrounds to help them accomplish their unique goals and get them back to doing what they love. He has a multidisciplinary treatment approach and is a big advocate of exercise and its potential to promote healing along with several other health benefits. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, watching sports, skiing, golfing, and traveling.
Dr. Caroline "Carrie" Joy, PT, DPT
Caroline, or “Carrie” received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate degree in PT at Sacred Heart University while also interning under one of her several mentors, Samara Dimattia, MPT, at CT Dance Physical Therapy. Caroline also achieved her Mat level 1 Pilates certification through Power Pilates. She completed her fourth and final clinical rotation at Westside Dance PT. Caroline worked under Andrea Zujiko, DPT, and Adrienne Gregorek, DPT, while treating NYC Ballet Dancers and School of American Ballet dancers on location, as well as treating various Broadway performers, professional/recreation dancers, and a range of musicians. She also has experience in acute rehab and enjoys working with patients with neurological complications. Caroline is passionate about individualized care and helping others overcome physical adversities through integrative therapy. In her free time, Caroline enjoys taking ballet, Pilates, cooking, paddle boarding, skiing, and golfing.
