Offered with Teigan Catlin, NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Offered at our Troy location on Fridays. This is designed for beginners who want to start taking their first steps toward better health and fitness. If you've been wanting to go to the gym or workout and don't know where to start, this is for you! The focus will be on beginner-level strength and stabilization training, buidling confidence, and creating a solid foundation.
