One-on-one therapy sessions will involve a combination of specific therapeutic exercises and targeted manual therapy techniques, which will be tailored for your individual body, medical history, and current condition. Targeted exercises specific to your body and case, manual therapy techniques, and modalities will be incorporated as indicated. Each session will be
adjusted and tailored depending on your progress, reported outcomes from the previous session, and goals for treatment. Patients will be provided with a free home exercise app or e-mail program to ensure a tailored treatment plan outside of therapy as well, so ensure continued progress between therapy sessions.
The Theralight 360 utilizes red and near-infrared light at specific wavelengths for treatment of many inflammatory conditions caused by oxidative stress and mitochondrial insufficiency. With the highest irradiance (brightness) on the market, the only true full body “cold” laser treatment system and 45,000 high-quality LED’s, our light pod delivers maximized treatment surfaces so patients can feel maximum results. The TheraLight 360 is safe, relaxing and free of side effects.
Class IV Laser Therapy
Also known as High Intensity Laser Therapy or HILT. High intensity laser therapy (HILT) is a drug-free, non-invasive treatment for pain relief that utilizes the most advanced medical technology available today. Aspen Laser’s HILT devices deliver light energy right to the body’s cells, aggressively treating pain and inflammation at the source. HILT relieves pain, reduces inflammation, and accelerates tissue repair cell growth, so you can get back on track to doing what you love. Visit www.aspenlaser.com for details.
Pediatric Physical Therapy
The Green Room offers therapy specializing in the evaluation and treatment of infants, toddlers, and children. Examples of conditions and diagnoses treated include: Developmental delays, torticollis (neck tilt in infants), deformational plagiocephaly (flat or misshapen head in infants), difficulty with rolling/ crawling/ standing/ walking/ running/ jumping, toe walking, low or high tone, physical impairments
due to Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, etc., orthopedic injuries, and more.
Elastic therapeutic tape, also called kinesiology tape, kinesiology therapeutic tape, Kinesio tape, k-tape, or KT, is an elastic cotton strip with an acrylic adhesive that is used with the intent of treating pain and disability from athletic injuries and a variety of other physical disorders.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
Also called spinal manipulative therapy. It’s a technique where practitioners use their hands to apply a controlled thrust (that is, a force of a specific magnitude or degree in a specific direction) to a joint of your spine. Most spinal manipulations are done by chiropractors, although other licensed professionals including osteopathic physicians and physical therapists also do spinal manipulations.
myofascial referral technique
Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout your body. The pain usually originates from specific points within your myofascial tissues called “trigger points.”
Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for men and women may include manual therapy to correct soft tissue imbalance, bladder retraining techniques, pelvic floor stretching and/or strengthening including core-muscle strengthening, biofeedback and progression in a personalized program all performed in a private setting. Patient education is also a huge component of Pelvic Health. We treat a variety of conditions including urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic floor pain, pudendal neuralgia, constipation, muscle imbalance, and more.
Normatec Compression Therapy
Created by a physician bioengineer (MD, PhD) to enhance blood flow and speed recovery, the NormaTec PULSE Massage Pattern employs three key techniques—pulsing, distal release, and gradients—all to maximize your recovery. This form of peristaltic pulse dynamic compression rapidly enhances acute range-of-motion and accelerates recovery by reducing muscle soreness. This can enhance the ability to
tolerate new exercises and recover from progressive exercises much faster. Visit www.normatecrecovery.com for details.
Custom Foot Orthotics
Foot Levelers patented Stabilizing Custom Orthotics were developed by Dr. Monte Greenawalt to treat the body as a functional unit, starting with the feet. Our Custom Orthotics add power to your step by supporting the three arches in each foot, providing a balanced foundation that protects and supports through all phases of gait. The Gait Cycle System® is patented and only available from Foot Levelers. Find out if Foot Levelers would work for you with a complementary digital laser foot scan at The Green Room PT. Visit www.footlevelers.com for details.
Graston/Instrument-Assisted soft Tissue mobilization
IASTM for short, is a manual therapy approach to musculoskeletal injuries using specifically designed tools. This technique includes the more popular Graston technique, which was developed to assist in effective treatment of adhesions and scarring brought on by surgeries, injuries, and overuse of muscles.

Check Blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate
Assess range of motion of all your joints and share results
Assess your strength
Assess your balance
Assess your endurance if indicated
Screen any specific areas of concern
Discuss nutrition, sleep habits
This is not a substitute for a PT evaluation for a specific injury or pain
selective functional movement assessment (Sfma)
Selective Functional Movement Assessment is a movement assessment approach designed to help better assess, prevent and correct musculoskeletal dysfunction. SFMA focuses on finding the root and cause of symptoms by breaking down dysfunctional patterns logically rather than simply finding the source of the pain. When the clinical assessment is initiated from the perspective of a movement pattern, the clinician has the opportunity to identify meaningful impairments that may be seemingly unrelated to the main pain complaint, but contributes to the main issue.
The application of the tissue flossing band under tension causes compression and venous constriction. Depending on the desired outcome, exercise therapy can be used in combination with blood flow restriction or not. Researchers have found that in conjunction to using blood flow restriction techniques, low intensity resistance exercises show increased electromyo-graphy activity (EMG) compared with resistance exercise alone. After removing the compression the re-perfusion of the muscle tissue theoretically brings about these desired changes.
